Ingo is the managing director of football of Swiss-based Core Sports Capital where he manages Clermont Foot 63 playing in Ligue 1, and Austria Lustenau playing in the Austrian 1st league. Ingo specializes in building successful squads at low-budget football clubs. Prior to Core Sports Capital, he was the global transfer manager at Swiss club BSC Young Boys from 2011 to 2016.
